How to Grow Your Breasts and NOT Cellulite!

Hey girls,

This is something that is not mentioned much on the forefront of Natural Breast Enlargement!  But you should know that by just increasing estrogen you are going to also increase stored fat, this is logistics.  Fat is the majority of what our boobs are made up of!  But stored fat can also mean cellulite.  It’s true estrogen stores more fat on your hips and thighs.  Don’t worry towards the end of this I will let you know how to give yourself the advantage over cellulite and still grow your breasts.  I’m going to be really honest here, if you have a  cellulite problem to begin with you probably have an overload of estrogen to begin with; but it’s not just estrogen, it’s the combination of estrogen and sugar.  These two together in excess is a disaster for your booty and any other part of your body that is susceptible to cellulite.  The objective is to get your bodies hormones balanced.  It just shouldn’t be about obsessing over estrogen, going this route will undoubtedly increase cellulite.

The Cellulite Attack!

Yep I have experienced it, last year I was thinner and had a minimal amount of cellulite.  When I started my NBE program after a month I noticed my breasts getting larger and also more ripply skin on my thighs and bum.  I was gaining weight, but this is part of increasing your breast size and some fat is a necessity to increase their size.  I decided to start working out to combat it cause I didn’t want to quit my program.  I was very upset though and wanted to figure out how to grow my breasts and decrease this new invader on my thighs.  I do a brazilian butt lift workout.  I had only added my workout and this was giving me great legs and my booty was rising and some cellulite was going away, but I was failing at something else.  I realized I was eating way too much fats and sugars.  This was my downfall and after weeks of literally trying to work my ass off, it was toned, but still there was cellulite.  And sure enough when I went into the doctor and had a glucose test it was so freaken high they said they were sending me for more blood tests, well after the fact the doctor said I had hyperglycemia (high blood sugar levels) and it dawned on me this is why I have so much cellulite.  It’s not like I eat donuts and cake everyday, I eat a normal amount of sugar, but waffles and syrup for me was setting off the alpha receptors to begin storing fat rather then burning it.  Switching to oatmeal was a much better choice and it’s not just me, many people these days are hyperglycemic because of our sugary diets (not just the actual sugar, it’s hiding in breads, cookies, muffins, bagels, waffles, pasta, dairy and other processed foods).  I mean why not try it, quit sugar for a week including breads, pasta, dairy and then take a look at your derrière, you will be surprised.  Your breasts won’t lack if you are eating plenty of good protein from chicken and fish.

It’s All About Managing Your Insulin Level

“Even after every type of cells puts up a “no vacancy” sign, one type of cell almost always heeds to insulin’s call: your fat cells. Fat cells remain BFFs with insulin far after every other cell tells this hormone to shove off.”  –

As I researched, I learned so much about the source of my cellulite.  Here’s the way I understand it:  cellulite is because of a different type of fat being store beneath the skin and above the muscle.  Mine was looking ripply and uneven, this was a different type then I ever saw.  We have 2 different receptors in our hormones responsible for storing or releasing fat.  These are: the (alpha receptor stores fat) and (beta receptors reduce fat).  They are triggered by the hormone: catecholamines (epinephrine and norepinephrine) -the fight or flight hormones.  These are very fickle and if set off to create an access of alpha receptors and not beta receptors, you have now compromised the function of your flight or fight hormones. Instead of ridding your body of the yucky stubborn fat your body is now thinking you need it and continues maintaining it no matter how much you workout.  If you are consuming more sugar then your body can burn, it then begins storing fat in order to survive the excess of sugar it must counteract.  All of this sugary conversation has everything to do with your insulinWhat it comes down to is managing your insulin level and how to do this.

How to Grow Your Breasts and NOT Cellulite!

Lowering Blood Sugar Levels is the Best Way to decrease Alpha Receptor

this is the receptor that stores stubborn cellulite fat

Diet is the key and inside your diet the main thing is eating organic (meaning no added hormones in any way); but just as important is lowering blood sugar levels.  I learned that the combo of increased estrogen and continued addiction to sugary foods and carbs was sabotaging my goal.  It was destroying my hopes for my program.  This is when I realized, why the hell do I think that estrogen is my only way to larger breasts.  What about HGH, progesterone, and healthy testerone (which decreases cellulite).  I started with lowering my blood sugar levels by lowering my sugar intake (I even quit my morning banana smoothie and took a break from sugar.  I switched to an oatmeal smoothie with aloe juice and cod liver oil (cherry flavor 😉

Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas that allows your body to use sugar (glucose) from carbohydrates in the food that you eat for energy or to store glucose for future use. Insulin helps keeps your blood sugar level from getting too high (hyperglycemia) or too low (hypoglycemia) –endocrine

If you have more sugar in your body than it needs, insulin helps store the sugar in your liver and releases it when your blood sugar level is low or if you need more sugar, such as in between meals or during physical activity. Therefore, insulin helps balance out blood sugar levels and keeps them in a normal range. As blood sugar levels rise, the pancreas secretes more insulin.  And you know what the happens when your insulin level releases too much sugar into the blood stream, it enables alpha receptors to begin storing fat because your body assumes it’s going to continue burning energy, so it goes into flight or fight mode and stores that fat for later energy usage.  If you workout and eat a ton of sugary processed foods, you are only encouraging your bodies alpha receptors to continue storing fat (yep even if you’re working out).  So lowering your sugar intake is the goal to decrease cellulite and increase breast size.

But wait there are ways to Combat Cellulite

I have continued taking pueraria mirifica and lowered all sugar in my diet.  In a few weeks my ripply bum was looking much smoother and actually my muscle tone was showing much more.  I had fat stored in my thighs that was bulging and after lowering sugar, it’s leaving my body.  Sugar actually increases (DHT testosterone) also, which depletes breast size (how ironic).  We want balance and the best way to balance all your hormones in one swift way is to reduce sugar.  It sounds so simple, but it is damn hard my friend, but if you succeed at this one key you will more easily grow bigger breasts and decrease your cellulite.
