My Usual NBE program Breakfast Is Delish!

I definitely don’t eat the same thing every morning, but my kids and I eat organic eggs in some shape or form every morning. I also have some kind of smoothie every morning with rotating fruit!
I make my smoothie, with organic bananas, strawberries, and rotate other fruits like papaya, kiwi (these tastes amazing together), mango, mixed berries (all of which are great for hormone balance)! I blend it up with Almond milk or Flaxmilk and it turns out incredible every time! Then I add all my herbs to it like Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Maca, my Vitamineral Earth Powder, L-arginine, and Gelatin. I also take a Wild Yam Extract every morning with a tiny bit of water.
I also take a multi-vitamin, a calcium + D3, Vitamins A and E, L-Lysine, Primrose (for the Gamma), Flax and Fish oil, and Coconut oil.
While I am making my smoothie, I am cooking breakfast for me and Camilla (my 2 year old).
Like this meal we ate boiled eggs and baguettes with green onion cream cheese.
If we are really hungry we’ll eat oatmeal, with honey and fruit (yum)!
I still eat bacon occasionally, but I make sure it is hormone free and organically fed (as pure and natural as possible). I’m definitely not going fat free, we need good fats and lots of them to keep our hormones balanced. It’s mostly baked goods I call “baked bads” and junk food like chips and crackers (preservative packed foods) that I stay away from.
