If you don’t know how amazing Flaxseed Oil is as a breast massage oil, you should! The one I use is called EfaGold Flax Oil. It absorbs even better then Jojoba oil which is a great one also because it has high levels of Vitamin E. However I have used both and I am in love with the Flax Oil! I use it as often as I can, which is usually a quick massage in the morning and at night right before bed and leave it on, without wiping it off! I have a couple Tee shirts that I wear right after the massage that I don’t care about, just in case they get a bit of oil on them. But the Flax oil absorbs fairly quickly into your skin compared to coconut, almond, sesame, and even jojoba and yes I’ve tried them all! How Can Flaxseed Oil help Increase Breast size?
Flaxseeds contain phytoestrogens (which mimic the female oestrogen hormone). This is a very important hormone for the growth of female development. Flaxseeds are also known to protect the breasts from cysts and tumors. This is why I am also introducing flaxseed meal to my diet. Why Do I Love Flaxseed Oil for my Breast Massage?
Honestly I don’t love the smell, it’s not intolerable, but the thick omega 3 fatty acids and Lignan components are the main reason that I use this. In the Morning:
I take it in the bathroom when I take a shower and use it for about 8 minutes and then when I get out of the shower I use it for another 8 to 15 minutes, depending on how much time I have. See how I saved time there by doing half of it in the shower! Then I do my squats, lunges, and crunches. I try to maintain my entire body throughout this change. I also get up at about 530 am so I have time. You don’t have to get up early, sometimes I just do my morning massage in the shower if I am running late!
Apply as much as you want! I try to apply an amount that will absorb quickly, then I throw a junk shirt on for a little while so I can do other stuff while waiting for it to soak in. Massage with oil only at night if you want to avoid any oily mess during the day.
In the Evening:
I really love the Yogi Teas Woman’s Moon Cycle Organic Tea, 16 Count or Yogi Bedtime Herbal Tea Caffeine Free Soothing Caramel, 16 Count, both of these have great flavor. Sometimes I add half hot water and half coconut milk to the caramel one or vanilla ones. Coconut milk compliments just about anything! The Yogi Moon Cycle helps to balance the hormones and I literally feel my breasts tingle when I drink it! It makes me feel like I am boosting my natural breast enlargement efforts. Then I put my hair up, set up my book or computer for reading, or just watch tv, but I like to do something else to pass the time during the massage. When I am done I leave a layer on at night and go to sleep on my back to let the thicker then usual layer absorb through the night and guess what in the morning it shows! I massage in the evening for another 20 minutes. During my luteal phase (2 week duration) I apply progesterone cream twice a day onto my breasts after my routine massages.
